Signals in. Pipeline out.

We build the quiet machinery behind B2B revenue: outbound that lands, a CRM that tells the truth, and workflows nobody has to babysit.

Build it with us, keep us on to run it, or take a finished system off the shelf. You own all of it.

Signal to pipeline SignalEnrichScoreRouteSequenceBooked

030° The real problem

Pipeline isn't a headcount problem.

Adding a rep or another tool rarely fixes it. The leak is further up the funnel, in the system.

You can't hire your way out of that. So we build the system instead.

See the three ways in

Sales runs through the founder.

Take a week off and it all goes quiet.

The CRM is mostly fiction.

Nobody trusts the forecast, you included.

Everything rides on one channel.

One slow month and there is no plan B.

An SDR hire is a coin flip.

Months to ramp. They quit, the playbook walks.

045° Run the numbers

What a hire actually costs.

Plug in your own numbers. No black box, the math is right here. Most founders are stunned how much of year one disappears into ramp and overhead before a single meeting books.

Assumes ~30% on benefits, tax and overhead, and that a ramping rep books at roughly half output until productive. Change any number.

A hire, all in, year one $0

just to find out whether they work out

That hire, every year$0
A system that does it, once~$22k
  • Salary + overhead$0
  • Recruiting + onboarding$0
  • Lost output while they ramp$0

Roughly 5x the price of the system, and the system never ramps, never churns, never quits.

060° What we do

Three ways in.

Three ways to work together. Pick based on how hands-on you want to be. The bar is the same on all of them.

AZ·01 CUSTOM

Custom Builds

Built around how you sell.

Outbound and RevOps built around how you actually sell, installed in your own stack, quoted as one fixed number. We scope it on a single call.

  • Deliverability-first outbound architecture
  • Signal-based prospecting and enrichment
  • Lead scoring, routing and lifecycle
  • Reporting your CFO can read
AZ·02 RETAINER

Management

Operators on retainer.

We run what we built. Sending, testing, keeping the data honest. And every Monday, a straight answer on whether it's actually working.

  • Campaign and inbox operations
  • Weekly experiment cycles
  • CRM and data hygiene
  • One number you can check daily
AZ·03 PRODUCTIZED

The Shelf

Skip the build.

The systems we've built most often, packaged up. We fit one to your accounts, ship it in under a week, and document it like we might get hit by a bus.

  • Deployed in your accounts, not ours
  • Video docs with every install
  • 30 days of support included
  • Yours from day one

105° The honest comparison

120° Inside an install

Signal to pipeline.

No black box. Here is the whole path one account takes, from the moment it shows up to the number it turns into.

FUNDING HIRING INTENT SIG ENRICH ICP 92 SEQUENCE CRM BOOKED PIPELINE
  1. 01

    It starts with a signal.

A funding round, a new VP of Sales. Flagged the day it happens, not next quarter.

  2. 02

    Enriched, scored, routed.

Scored against the deals you actually close. Seconds, not a standup.

  3. 03

    Worked until it books.

Sequenced from warmed inboxes. A yes books itself, nothing rots.

  4. 04

    One number on Monday.

Writes back to the CRM live. A report you read, not audit.

135° No lock-in

You keep all of it.

When an agency walks, the machine walks with them. When we finish, it stays bolted into your stack with your name on it. Here is what actually lands in your hands.

01

The system, running

Every workflow, sequence and automation, live in your own accounts. Not ours.

02

The data and lists

Your enriched accounts, scoring logic and segments, exportable and yours from day one.

03

The playbook

Plain-language docs for how every piece works, so anyone on your team can run or change it.

04

The dashboards

One honest pipeline view that writes itself, so you read the number instead of auditing it.

150° How it goes

Kickoff to pipeline.

No mystery and no months of silence. This is the whole path, from the day you sign to the day meetings start landing on the calendar.

  1. Week 0

    We map how you sell.

A working session on your ICP, your stack, and where deals leak today. You leave with the plan in hand, whether or not we build it.

  2. Week 1

    We build the spine.

Signal capture, enrichment, scoring and routing get wired up inside your own tools. Nothing new for your team to log into.

  3. Week 2

    We turn on outreach.

Warmed inboxes, sequences and reply handling go live against a small, real slice of accounts. We watch every thread by hand.

  4. Week 3

    It starts booking.

We open the taps, tune off live data, and hand you a documented system with the keys. Meetings land on the calendar.

  5. From here

    You own it.

Keep us on to run and sharpen it, or take the wheel yourself. Either way the system, the data and the playbook stay with you.

180° Pre-built systems

The shelf.

Systems we've built so many times it made sense to package them. Pick one. We fit it to your accounts and your naming, then hand you the keys.

240° Word of mouth

The story rhymes.

A few weeks in, the feedback rhymes. People stop babysitting their pipeline, and they start trusting the number again.

“Replies used to rot in my inbox for a week. Now they’re enriched, sorted, and booked onto my calendar before I’ve had coffee. It just runs.”

CChris PatelFounder · Shock Services

“They handed over the keys and meant it. Docs, Loom walkthroughs, the lot. My ops hire ran the whole thing solo by week three.”

AAlex ReyesHead of Growth · Fintech

“Our CRM was basically fan fiction. A month in, the Monday number is the only one I actually trust.”

JJames DonnellyCOO · Agency

255° Straight talk

Is this even for you?

We would rather lose the deal than sell you the wrong thing. So here is the honest cut, both ways.

Worth a call
  • You sell B2B and the founder still drives it. Deals close on relationships and timing, not a 1-800 number.
  • You have traction and want to scale outbound. Something is working, you just can't clone yourself to do more of it.
  • You are done doing the grind by hand. Lists, enrichment, follow-up, all of it eating the hours you should spend closing.
  • You would rather own than rent. A system with your name on it beats a retainer you can never turn off.
Probably not yet
  • You want a magic button. This runs the work, but it still needs a real offer and a few hours of your input to start.
  • You are still hunting for who your customer is. We pour fuel on a fire. There has to be a fire first.
  • You need bodies on phones. If the play is a call center, a system is not the thing you are missing.
  • You are shopping for the cheapest blast. We build careful machines, not spray-and-pray spam.

270° How we de-risk it

The risk sits with us.

You should not have to bet a quarter on a vendor you just met. So the deal is built to protect you, not us.

01

You approve the number first.

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before a single dollar moves. No scope creep, no surprise invoice three weeks in.

02

It is built on your side.

Every workflow lives in your accounts and your tools. Walk away tomorrow and the machine keeps right on running.

03

No contract holds you hostage.

Management is month to month. You stay because the pipeline is real, not because you signed a year away.

04

You win even if we don't work together.

Leave the first call with a teardown of where you leak and how to plug it. Yours to keep, on us, no strings.

300° Questions

Straight answers.

Anything else, write to us and you will hear back within a day.

How is this different from an agency or hiring an SDR?

An agency rents you activity. An SDR rents you one person's effort, for a few months, until they leave. We build infrastructure you keep. The system runs whether or not we're in the room, it doesn't take a quarter to ramp or quit on you, and the playbook stays in your stack instead of walking out the door. Most clients use us to replace a hire they were about to make, not to add another vendor.

Who actually does the work?

The senior operator you talk to is the one who builds it. No account manager relaying notes to an offshore team, no juniors learning on your pipeline. You work directly with the person whose name is on the system.

What does a custom build cost?

Every build is scoped on one call and delivered at a fixed price. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no mystery invoices. Custom builds typically land between $10k and $50k depending on scope; shelf systems start at $5k. You get the number before we start.

How fast until we see pipeline?

Shelf systems go live in under a week. Custom builds take two to three. Outbound usually starts booking meetings within a few weeks of launch, not a quarter, because we start from clean targeting and warmed inboxes instead of spraying a cold list and hoping.

Do we have to switch tools?

No. We build inside the stack you already run. HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, Instantly, and around fifty more. We only suggest a switch when your current setup is fundamentally broken, and we'll show you why.

Who owns what you build?

You do, from day one. Every engagement ends with full IP transfer, architecture docs, runbooks, and recorded training, whether or not we stay on to manage it. No lock-in, no hostage data.

What happens if something breaks?

Monitoring and alerts ship with every install, and every system includes 30 days of support. After that your team owns it with full docs, or a management retainer keeps us watching the gauges for you.

Are the shelf systems really pre-made?

The core is. Each one has been built and installed dozens of times over. We wire it into your accounts and your naming so it fits like it was made for you, just faster and cheaper than starting from a blank page.
